GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
PRICES AND OFFERS
Offers and quotations are made without obligation. Prices will be quoted in Euros, excl. V.A.T. All seeds are subject to the current Dutch V.A.T. rate (6% momentary) unless we receive your V.A.T. registration number with your order (for E.C. countries only).

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
Orders smaller than € 50,00 will be charged with € 10,00 handling charges. In case an article is not in stock at the time of delivery, we will put this in backorder. If a particular variety is not available we may substitute with the most suitable alternative, unless the buyer explicit forbids us to do so. Orders are only accepted subject to availability of goods. Shipments are all ex warehouse Lisse, Holland. Crop failure releases supplier from any obligation for delivery, even of previously confirmed orders.

PAYMENTS
Payment 30 days nett. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1% per month on overdue accounts. We reserve the right to withhold deliveries until all outstanding payments have been received by us.

COMPLAINTS
No complaints shall be considered unless clear proof can be given that the product grown and alleged to have performed unsatisfactory was in fact the product supplied by us and that it was grown on suitable prepared ground, treated carefully and correctly throughout and subject only to such conditions as were likely to produce a favourable crop.

DAMAGE, DELAY OR LOSS
We are to be notified immediately of any damage, delay or loss in transport.
