Delivery and delivery time
As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible. For items that we have in stock, this can be the following day (in the Netherlands) or within a few days.
If we do not have your item in stock, it will take approx. a week before we can ship your order.
We mainly use PostNL and DHL to ship orders. Orders with a high value will be shipped with a delivery note. We occasionally use Fedex and DPD. We always look for the fastest and most effective way to ship your order.
DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
Orders smaller than Euro 75 are subject to an additional Euro 10 handling charge. Orders of less than EUR 75 cannot be placed on our website. Please contact us at email@example.com for orders less than this size.
If an article is not in stock at the time of delivery, it will be placed on backorder.
If a requested variety is not available we may substitute it with the most suitable alternative, unless the buyer explicit forbids us to do so.
Orders are only accepted subject to availability of goods.
Shipments are all ex-warehouse Lisse, The Netherlands. Crop failure releases the supplier from any obligation for delivery, even of previously confirmed orders.
